This is a full-time, on-site role located in Waunakee, WI. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of property restoration projects, coordinating with clients and teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining exceptional customer relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing project plans, supervising repair activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, documenting progress, and addressing client inquiries or concerns promptly.

• Project Management, Organizational, and Leadership skills for overseeing and coordinating restoration projects and teams.
• Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving, Attention to Detail, and Analytical Thinking skills to address project challenges and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Construction or Restoration Industry knowledge, including familiarity with safety standards and guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certification in a related field is a plus.
• Physical ability to perform tasks required at job sites, including inspection and supervision of restoration work.
