Job Role
This role is responsible for overseeing the management of assigned sites within the account-owned and/or occupied portfolio. The position ensures compliance with local, state, and federal requirements while managing relationships with line of business and third-party stakeholders. It also involves leading a team of Facility Management professionals.
Day‑to‑Day Tasks- Managing the performance and outcomes of assigned staff
- Interfacing with third‑party owners (Landlords) to ensure contract compliance and resolve tenant relations issues
- Providing facility services in accordance with account standards, policies, and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with portfolio‑wide initiatives and relevant laws and regulations
- Coordinating and managing Facility Management services within assigned facilities and geography
- Preparing, submitting, and managing facility budgets, tracking variances, and overseeing recovery processes
- Supporting the collection of management fees and reimbursements from 3rd party tenants
- Executing staff development plans and participating in compensation planning processes
- 8+ years of experience in managing facilities services
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Strong leadership and relationship building skills
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and interpersonal skills
- Superior verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
- Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Advanced degree
- CPM, RPA, or CSM designation
- Real estate license
