The American Red Cross is seeking a System Operator Supervisor for Casework User Support to ensure timely resolution of Technical Exceptions within our casework system. This term-limited role reports to the Director, Casework and leads a team of staff and volunteers while developing user support procedures and training.
You will hire, train, and manage support staff, coordinate with NHQ and field stakeholders, monitor data, and help improve system use for disaster relief operations.
