RMS Energy is seeking a Senior Operations Manager, Transformer Services to lead field operations across major energy sites in the U.S. You will oversee job planning, execution, and crew scheduling to ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance.
With 6+ years in transformer operations or field leadership, you will coordinate with field crews, project managers, and customers while maintaining compliance with NETA, IEEE, NFPA, and OSHA standards. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.
