The role involves monitoring processes from the Control Room, performing field operations, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Candidates should have at least 3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a chemical facility, along with strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

This is a shift position, including nights and weekends.
