Position DetailsLocation:
Auburn, ME
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience and shift)
Available Shifts Monday‑Friday:
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- Interpret work instructions and specifications to complete production tasks
- Operate and monitor machinery, making adjustments as needed
- Identify defects or equipment issues and take corrective action
- Assemble and position materials using fixtures, chucks, vises, or automated systems
- Inspect and measure finished parts using tools like pin gauges and thread gauges
- Maintain proper lubrication and coolant levels during operation
- Lift materials up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis
- Cross‑train in multiple departments as needed
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
- Basic math and shop math skills
- Experience using measuring tools and inspection instruments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance and strong safety record
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

$18.00 to $23.00 per hour
