Your mission

Safely operate, observe, and maintain the equipment that turns raw ferrous inputs into consistent, high grade output while collaborating with a tight knit team to meet daily targets.

How you will contribute

Operate and monitor steel and iron production machinery with attention to detail

Perform routine checks and basic maintenance to sustain optimal performance

Uphold safety rules and keep the work area neat and organized

Coordinate with teammates to hit production schedules and goals

Document production information and report abnormalities without delay

Help train new team members on processes and safe work practices

Drive improvements through participation in efficiency and quality initiatives

What it takes

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred but not required

Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred

Mechanical aptitude and strong problem solving skills

Comfort in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities

Effective communicator and supportive team player

Understanding of manufacturing safety regulations and best practices

Availability for flexible hours and overtime when necessary
