We are looking for a safety‑conscious Blaster who is eager to learn and grow with the business. The role works in a team environment where safety is paramount.

• Operate interior and exterior blast equipment.
• Perform pre‑maintenance safety checks.
• Prepare the work area: connect hoses, position equipment, cover areas, place parts in the blast room.
• Feed hose into car and arrange hoses as needed.
• Read and understand blueprints and use precision measuring devices.
• Operate computers and rotate between blasting positions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1 or more years of experience operating interior/exterior blast equipment.
• Familiarity with NACE/SSPC standards.
• Strong safety awareness and the ability to follow safety procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform computer-based tasks.
