• 2 years experience operating loaders and dozers in a plant environment preferred
• Solid knowledge of equipment capabilities and specifications
• Understanding of OSHA and MSHA rules and regulations
• Hazard recognition skills
• Ability to work overtime, extended hours, and in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
