Utz Quality Foods is expanding, and we’re excited to bring new talent on board! We’re currently seeking Packaging Machine Operators to join our Week Night Shift
.
This role offers steady hours Monday-Thursday 6PM-6AM

- Set up and operate packaging lines safely and efficiently
- Perform routine checks at shift start and throughout the day to ensure machines are running properly
- Monitor packaging quality (weights, seals, codes, pricing)
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and support maintenance as needed
- Keep accurate records of production, film usage, and quality checks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Communicate with the next shift and support teamwork across lines
- Train new operators as needed
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to read and understand English instructions and communicate effectively with operators and maintenance personnel
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to obtain a forklift license (training provided)
- Basic computer skills for simple data entry
- Knowledge of packaging machine equipment (preferred, but training available)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
