Operate equipment to meet and exceed customer expectations while following all safety, quality, production and environmental practices. The role is located on-site at our manufacturing site in Auburn, AL. This role is first shift with hours of 5:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday, and weekends as needed with hours of 5:00 am to 1:30 pm.
Essential Functions- Set up and operate Tube Cut Off, Bending, Amada, Canning Cells, and Presses to produce parts to customer specifications and production requirements.
- Upload and download programs from the machine control panel.
- Complete daily inspection, lubrication, adjustment and cleaning of machine.
- Execute department schedule and handle materials.
- Utilize route sheets and blueprints as needed to produce parts accordingly.
- Serve as backup operator for other equipment.
- Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
- Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment and LOTO as required.
- Operate Forklift as needed.

Minimum QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate ability to:
- Demonstrate understanding blueprints, pack specs, shipping requirements, and route sheets.
- Shows strong attention to detail, quality, production and safety.
- Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal.
- Power Press or Tube Bending experience
- Welding experience
- Experience in the operation and setup of metal forming or cutting equipment.
