The Production Roaster at Ithaka Operations will execute day-to-day roasting and production fulfillment for all coffee outlets, using Diedrich IR-12 roasters and Cropster data logging. You will collaborate with the Roasting Supervisor and Director of Coffee on green purchasing decisions and quality analyses, including cupping and training activities for students.
Primary duties include roasting, routine roaster maintenance, packaging, and moving materials between outlets.
