As a Nurse Practitioner
, you will play a key role in guiding patients through their care journey by delivering straightforward, effective, office‑based treatment that improves breathing and overall quality of life.

• Provide patient‑centered medical care under physician supervision
• Assess both immediate and long‑term patient care needs
• Listen actively to patient concerns and deliver root‑cause solutions
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including interviews, physical exams, and detailed medical histories
• Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their health
• Assist with in‑office procedures as needed

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Board certification in family or adult care
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current Wisconsin licensure
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Excellent communication skills and a patient‑focused mindset
• Interest in ENT‑related services and procedures
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work on‑site in a Madison‑area clinic
