PostSurgical Unit
- Our Post Surgical Unit specializes in caring for patients in the unit using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. This unit provides nurses the opportunity to develop strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and technical skills while caring for patients.

You’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan‑of‑care intervention and serving as a patient‑care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting‑edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.
- Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies post‑surgical needs.
- Perform post‑operative assessments.
- Perform wound care.
- Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
- Multidisciplinary collaborations.
- Current state RN license.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
- Basic Life Support required.
- Must have an active AL or Compact RN license.
- 1‑2 years experience preferred, but new grads welcomed to apply.
3 x 12 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
