We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide history and physical exams for military personnel, focusing on maintaining health and readiness. This role allows you to work at your own pace with 60‑minute appointments, without acute or chronic disease management, lab ordering, medication prescribing, or diagnostic testing.

• No clinical overload
• Single‑visit exams for insurance companies
• No prescription for diagnostic management
• No treatment follow‑ups
• No calls
• Ample time for charting

• Perform comprehensive history and physical exams focused on health and readiness for government personnel
• Document patient assessments, findings, and recommendations accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and follow established protocols
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

• Independent practice preferred; those who can provide their own clinic/facility highly preferred
• Current unrestricted and board‑certified NP or PA license
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to high‑quality patient care during history and physical exams
• Prior experience in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care is highly desirable but not required
