POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for placing, monitoring, and assessing intravenous systems, medications, and/or products. Utilizing physicians’ orders and professional skills, the Home Infusion Therapy Services RN develops and implements a plan that meets each patient’s specific needs and is in compliance with accrediting organization standards, federal and state regulations, reimbursement guidelines, and Agency policies and procedures.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS- Graduate of accredited school of nursing
- 2 years of nursing experience
- Registered Nursing License; BLS within 90 days of DOH/Transfer; valid driver’s license and clean MVR record
- Preferred Education
- 2 years’ experience in home infusion
- Preferred Registration/License/Certification
