Dayin the Life
As a Marathon Health provider you practice relationship‑based medicine at the top of your license, providing wholistic care including prevention, chronic disease management and health education. You’ll have resources such as Up To Date and RubiconMD at your fingertips, free of charge to you and your patients, and you work autonomously in a company that puts patients first and values ingenuity, courage, community and fun.
Compensation& Benefits
Non‑production‑based compensation package with pay ranging from $84,000 to $109,000 per year for a schedule of 29 hours per week. Benefits include comprehensive coverage, CME, medical license, DEA, malpractice coverage, competitive health benefits starting the first of the month after hire, paid time off, holiday schedule, 401(k) match, free Marathon membership for primary care, routine labs, selected prescriptions, vaccinations, and virtual mental health care.
Minimum Qualifications- Active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification required for Nurse Practitioners.
- Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable by state regulation.
- Federal DEA number preferred and may be required for full prescribing ability.
- CPR/BLS certification required at the start date.
- Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit preferred.
- Active license and current NCCPA board certification required for Physician Associates.
