We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Charge Nurse at our Elba, AL facility. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in leading our nursing team in providing high‑quality patient care and ensuring a smooth and efficient clinical environment. • Provide direct patient care and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures
• Assist with the development, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans

• Current RN licensure in the State of Alabama
• Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a passion for leadership and patient care
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
