Bridge Senior Living LLC is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our Memory Care unit. Shifts are 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM-7:00 AM with a $1 shift differential on 2nd and 3rd shifts for LPNs.
You will coordinate care with physicians and care teams, perform rounds, update care plans, and communicate with residents’ families to support a safe, loving home for our seniors.
