Float LPN – $40/hr – Travel Role – Ft. Wayne Area – Flexible Schedule

• $40/hour
• Work at multiple locations in your area
• Flexible scheduling (FT, PT, PRN)

• Support teams with staffing needs
• Deliver high-quality resident care
• Document and communicate changes

• Pay Active – Have immediate access up to 50% for your pay

• Active LPN license in Indiana and minimum of 2 or more years of LTC Nursing Home Experience
• Willingness to travel locally (within ~50 miles)
