Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary Cath Lab and pre/post care team, creating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and clinical excellence.
- Oversee daily operations across multiple Cath Lab and ASC locations, ensuring efficient patient flow and exceptional care delivery.
- Balance hands‑on clinical leadership with strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management.
- Partner closely with physicians to optimize workflows, enhance outcomes, and support service line growth.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and best practices across the department.
- Mentor and develop future leaders through coaching, education, and professional development opportunities.
- Active RN license (compact or Texas).
- BSN required.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience in a relevant acute care setting.
- At least 2 years of healthcare leadership experience.
- BLS certification required.
- Full‑service acute care hospital serving a growing regional population.
- Robust Cardiology program with multiple Cath Lab and EP‑capable rooms across hospital and ASC settings (5 total rooms).
- Oversight of a well‑staffed team, including approximately 30+ Cath Lab associates and a dedicated pre/post care team.
- Strong organizational commitment to quality, safety, and leadership development.
