In the kitchen at Niffer’s, our goal is to serve customers the highest quality food, cooked for optimal taste, and within a timely manner. • Preparing food for customers
• Ensuring kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
• Working with all kitchen employees to ensure that orders are completed correctly according to standards
• Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Preparing food for service
• Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
• Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of your station, including equipment, coolers, cutting boards, and knives
• Comply with sanitation regulations and food safety standards
• Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
• Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
