• Manage and supervise daily operations at the assigned location. Provide pleasant and courteous service to customers following Company goals, policies, and procedures.
• Lead and enforce job descriptions of CSR, Lead CSR, and Shift Leader/Keyholder.
• Customer service, merchandising, food service, operations, employee staffing, development, employee relations, and store profitability.
• Create a positive store culture by treating employees fairly and with respect.

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous people management experience.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, able to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining customer focus.
• Good communication skills and personal grooming habits.
• Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.

• Standing up to 10 hours during a shift.
• Lifting up to 60 pounds, bending, stooping, occasional ladder climbing.
• Use of motion that involves pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

Temporary employees during a 90‑day introductory period. Temporary employees are not eligible for benefits during this period. After the introductory period, performance will be reviewed for continued employment or an extended introductory period.
