Food Service Manager

Convenience Stores Inc. (a subsidiary of Jones Petroleum) is hiring a Food Service Manager for a location in our growing retail operation.

As Food Service Manager you will manage, direct and supervise the daily operations of the assigned store while providing pleasant and courteous service to customers in line with company goals, policies, and procedures. You will be responsible for customer service, merchandising, food service, operations, employee scheduling, development, employee relations, and store profitability.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must maintain a current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Basic language and mathematical skills.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to work 50 hours per week, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
• Must reliably report to work on time and be responsible, dependable, and willing to accept changes.

• Standing up to 10 hours during a shift.
• Lifting up to 60 pounds, bending, stooping, and occasional ladder climbing.
• Using motion that involves pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
