Hourly Wage

$14 - $27 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location)

Annual or quarterly performance incentives may be awarded. Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may also be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns/refunds, and carry out financial transactions. They are always ready to help with customer questions and needs and may be required to stand for long periods of time.
