- Grow sales and market share in the Food, Beverage, and Industrial markets by selling conveyance products and components
- Act as the liaison between customers and employer’s Sales and Product Management teams
- Educate and present the features and benefits of products to various customer types
- Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify and cultivate new accounts
- Participate in trade shows and customer events to support brand visibility and demand generation
- BA/BS in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, with experience in industrial automation preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, engaging at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Experience in industrial automation sales
- Knowledge of market share and competitive activity in the region
- Strong network of relationships within the Food, Beverage, and Industrial markets
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer engagement
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
