Overview

Full‑time Retail Sales associate position at Walmart 356 – Auburn, AL. Immediate hire with paid training. This role is part of the Walmart Wireless Sales Program.

• Work in the wireless services section within your local Walmart location.
• Engage with consumers about post‑paid/pre‑paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans.
• Learn how to uncover customer desires and overcome objections.
• Foster professional relationships with customers and fellow employees.
• Welcome customers and politely offer solutions.
• Collaborate with your team to accomplish goals and celebrate success.
• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environment.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and teammates.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Assist customers by escorting them to displays, assessing needs, and suggesting products.
• Provide information on products and services to assist customers in making selections.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Maintain a clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable workstation/kiosk.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals.
• Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.

• Base pay plus uncapped commission.
• Average weekly earnings between $800 and $1,000.
• Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
