Marketing Representative

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell franchise services in the assigned territory to meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
• Grow and develop the customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and to contact and follow up with customers routinely.
• Make repeated contact calls to build relationships and educate customers on why Puro Clean® is the best cleaning and restoration company.
• Provide and communicate clear, accurate pretesting, service scoping, and job estimates.
• Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs to ensure customer needs are met.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people.
• Asking open‑ended questions and delivering the brand ‘message’.
• Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win‑win situations and support the business.
• Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting.
• Respect for safety and brand identity, ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales‑based setting.
