** Job Description**## Essential Job Functions
* Owns and manages strategic customer relationships within assigned automotive, industrial, or heavy truck accounts to achieve revenue, margin, and growth objectives.
* Develops and executes account plans that align customer business objectives with company capabilities across exterior, interior, and structural/functional plastic applications.
* Identifies growth opportunities within existing accounts, including new applications, platforms, programs, and geographic expansions.
* Leads customer-facing sales activities, including presentations, business reviews, negotiations, and long-term commercial agreements.
* Oversees quote preparation, review, explanation, and commercial justification using detailed knowledge of internal costs, tooling, and pricing strategy.
* Acts as the primary commercial interface between customers and internal engineering, production, and program teams.
* Ensures accurate and timely processing of all customer orders, quotes, and commercial requirements.## Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field required.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, account management, marketing, engineering, or manufacturing within automotive, industrial, or heavy truck markets.
* Strong commercial acumen including pricing strategy and contract negotiation.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Supervisory or people management experience preferred.
