The ideal candidate for this position must be available to work evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends. This role covers Pooler and Brunswick areas with open schedules and monitors various site locations to ensure continuous and effective operation.

• Ensure all open schedules are covered, particularly during evenings, overnight hours, and weekends.
• Regularly monitor and oversee site locations to maintain security standards and address any issues that may arise.

Pay Rate: $40,000–$45,000 per year

• Must complete the State of Georgia 24‑hour basic security officer course within six months of hire.
• Must complete applicable Safety & Environmental Rules training.
• Conduct routine patrols in and around the building using Lighthouse.
• Interact with residents, visitors, staff, and the public in a professional but friendly manner.
• Investigate and handle disturbances and, as needed, obtain police and law enforcement assistance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• High school education or equivalent (GED).
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Motor Vehicle, Drug Screen, Criminal Background Check.

• Attention to detail.
• 1-year supervisor experience preferred.
