Security Officer Patrol Associate in Auburn, AL — You will serve and safeguard clients in various industries such as education. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic education location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, deter security-related incidents, and support students, staff, and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication.

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and/or campus partners by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings, common areas, parking lots, walkways, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe campus activity, and report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior in accordance with site protocols.
• Assist with traffic flow, special events, and after‑hours building checks as needed while maintaining a visible presence across the location.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subjects to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subjects to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
