CGA Home Specialties is looking for a motivated, reliable, and detail‑oriented

Key Responsibilities
  • Load & unload materials for incoming and outgoing trucks with care and accuracy.
  • Track and count inventory to keep our warehouse running smoothly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace that supports safety and productivity.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for yourself and your team.
  • Fabricate materials for installations — including shelving, mirrors, blinds, and more. This is a hands‑on, skill‑building part of the job.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse experience (required).
  • Valid driver’s license (required).
  • A willingness to take on a multifaceted role — this is more than just operating equipment; it includes manual fabrication and craftsmanship.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Clear communication skills and a team‑first mindset.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of a warehouse worker include lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching frequently. The worker must be able to perform tasks that involve climbing ladders or stairs, as well as operating forklifts or pallet jacks. Strong manual dexterity is required for handling equipment and performing detailed tasks. Workers must be able to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures, while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.
