Lennox AES is hiring experienced Journeyman Commercial HVAC installers. The role involves installing and replacing rooftop units and related equipment across the U.S. Travel is required (3–4 week cycles) with supervision from Crew Leaders.
Must have 3–5 years in the trade, pass journeyman testing where required, and hold OSHA knowledge. The position is an hourly non-exempt role, with overtime possible. Wages range from $27 to $44 per hour, depending on geography, skills, and experience.
