The Rental Store Shop Technician at Thompson Tractor will perform minor repairs, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting on Thompson Rents equipment. You will disassemble and reassemble, adjust for optimal performance, and test components in a service department shop.
This role requires experience with engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical systems, plus the ability to work independently and order parts as needed. A valid driver’s license is required for hire.
