Fire Alarm Service Technician

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fire Extinguisher Technician for a local company in the Auburn, AL area. This position is responsible for inspecting, servicing, testing, and maintaining fire extinguishers and other fire safety equipment at customer locations.

Mon - Fri, 7am - 4pm CST

Pay: $16 - $19 based on experience

This is position is customer facing, so you must comfortable with talking to clients face to face.

• Inspect and service fire extinguishers and fire safety equipment
• Perform routine maintenance, testing, and recharging of extinguishers
• Ensure all equipment meets safety and compliance standards
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Travel to customer sites and provide professional customer service
• Assist with installation of fire safety equipment as needed

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record REQUIRED
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment regularly
• Previous fire safety or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
