Job Summary
The student worker will research, design, and develop desktop and augmented reality software projects in the fields of radio frequency, signal processing, and real-time simulation. These projects primarily take advantage of skills in the areas of research, game development, and user design to visualize and interact with radio frequency technologies.
Essential Functions
* Research deep unfamiliar topics in the realm of radio frequency identification and signal processing.
* Design innovative features for desktop, augmented reality, and simulation software.
* Develop algorithms and techniques that reinvent signal understanding and processing.
* Collaborate closely with the tight-knit members that make up the Simulation Team and collaborate broadly with the large organization that is Auburn University's RFID Lab.

Minimum Qualifications
* Currently enrolled as an Auburn University undergraduate student.
* Available to start this semester.
* Experience with game development software such as Unity, Unreal, or Godot.
* Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as C#, Java, C++, or Python.
Preferred Qualifications
* Currently enrolled as an Auburn University student (preferably an undergraduate Sophomore or Junior)
* Available for the Summer and Fall semesters.
* Proficiency in linear algebra and trigonometry.
* User design experience.
* Web design experience.
Pay Rate $15.00/hour Work Hours 20 City position is located in:
