Class A OTR Solo Driver – 100% No Touch Freight

We're hiring Class A OTR Solo Drivers looking for consistent miles, reliable equipment, and flexible home time. If you want nationwide freight without the stress of forced NYC runs or loading/unloading, this position checks all the boxes.

Pay

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,000 – $1,590/week (based on experience & miles)

• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

  • $500 after first load

  • $500 after 30 days

• Performance Bonus: Up to +3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity

Home Time

• Flexible home time policy to fit your needs

Routes & Miles

• Nationwide OTR – all 48 states

• Majority of freight runs east of I-35

• Average Miles: 2,000 miles/week

• Top Drivers: 2,300–3,000+ miles/week

Freight

• 100% No Touch Freight

  • 50–60% Drop & Hook

  • 40–50% Live Load/Unload

• No forced NYC dispatch (no five boroughs)

Equipment & Support

• 2021 or newer trucks

• 24/7 operations support

• Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours

• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day

Vacation Time

• 1 Year: 1 week

• 3 Years: 2 weeks

• 7 Years: 3 weeks

• 15 Years: 4 weeks

• Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience

• Must be 21 years or older

• No SAP violations in the past 5 years (not a SAP-friendly position)

• Must pass DOT physical and drug test
