** What You'll Be Doing
*** Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites
* Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
* Load, transport, and discharge concrete in compliance with safety and quality standards
* Coordinate with dispatch, plant staff, and customers to ensure timely deliveries
* Complete delivery tickets, inspections, and required documentation accurately
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated capability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment
* Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and established procedures
* ** Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
*** Reliable, team-oriented work style with a customer-focused mindset
* Ability to perform the physical demands of the role in an active work setting
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $20.60 to $25.67 per hour
