Warehouse Associate; Summer

Job Purpose

The Warehouse Associate performs a variety of tasks efficiently, safely, and accurately to ensure customer service excellence.

• Verify, receive and put away incoming stock
• Pull, pack, stage, and ship outgoing orders and transfers
• Assist customers with orders and processing returns of warranty and stock items
• Operate handheld scanners to receive, move, and track inventory
• Assist management with inventory accuracy, including cycle counts and physical inventories
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and common areas for a safe work environment
• Maintain all required certifications (DOT, OSHA, and company safety programs)
• Participate in after‑hours training classes and on‑call duties as needed
• Work overtime as assigned and maintain regular, punctual attendance
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Cooperate with others in a team setting
• Stand, walk, sit, lay on the floor, handle objects, reach with arms, climb stairs, balance, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk or hear, taste or smell while performing duties
• Lift or move up to 60 pounds
• Work in environments ranging from 20° to 105° Fahrenheit

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year forklift experience (preferred)
• 1 year warehouse experience (preferred)
• 1 year customer service experience (preferred)
• Proficient in computer and inventory systems
