As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing exceptional service while helping them with their insurance needs.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in person.
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, payments, and coverage inquiries.
• Process policy updates, endorsements, renewals, and other service requests.
• Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers have the coverage that best fits their needs.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional insurance products that better protect customers and their families.
• Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Work closely with the agency team to provide prompt, professional service.

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Insurance experience is preferred but not required.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License is a plus or willingness to obtain after hire.
