As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll play an important role as the liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring orders are processed accurately, issues are resolved promptly, and customers receive world-class service.

Customer Service Administrator Duties:
- Review, interpret, and enter customer purchase orders into ERP; ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and contract requirements.
- Serve as the liaison between customers and internal teams, providing timely updates, resolving issues, and managing customer portals.
- Prepare and respond to customer RFQs, coordinate pricing/delivery information, and support order changes or negotiations as needed.
- Support accounts receivable and warranty processes, ensuring timely resolution of payment issues and product returns.
- Maintain accurate data, reports, and forecasts to drive on-time delivery, customer scorecard performance, and continuous improvement efforts.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Pay: $68,000 – $90,000 annually
Customer Service Administrator Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service or order management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience using ERP systems for order entry and tracking (Oracle, SAP, Net Suite, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to handle customer issues professionally, including negotiating pricing or order changes
