Monday-Friday 6hrs a day 07:55 am - 02:25 pm. Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, assist a certificated teacher in reinforcing instruction to individual or small groups of special needs students; assist in the preparation of instructional materials and implementation of individual education plans; provide routine clerical support.
Graduation from high school or equivalent;
Experience working with children with special education needs in an organized setting is highly desirable. AA Degree will replace Instructional Assistant Proficiency Exam. Valid First Aid and CPR certificate and DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearances.
