Universal Banker

At Sunflower Bank, N.A., we’re experiencing great growth and look for an energetic, highly motivated Universal Banker to join our Auburn, CA branch. The role blends teller, personal banking, and customer‑service duties with a focus on sales and customer experience. The hourly rate ranges from $19.67 to $26.42, paid across 40 hours per week.

• Perform full‑service banking with a primary focus on servicing and selling to new and existing customers.
• Execute teller duties including cash transactions, open or update accounts, and provide information on other products and services.
• Focus on and fulfill customer needs to maximize the customer experience on the phone and during branch visits.
• Meet or exceed sales and referral goals and individual and branch targets.
• Provide information to customers regarding promotions, contests, and new account options.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
• Customer service experience – must.
• Cash handling experience – must.
• Banking experience is a plus, but not required – will train.

The physical demands of this position require the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Employees may spend extended periods sitting or standing, using hands to operate computers or other equipment, and reaching for work‑related tasks. Regular walking may be required, along with occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing. The role may involve lifting or moving items weighing up to 10 pounds.

Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
