The Placer County Human Resources Department, Talent Acquisition and Department Support Division, is recruiting for Human Resources Analyst I, II, and Senior positions to provide management-level human resources support to assigned County departments.
ResponsibilitiesPositions perform a broad range of professional HR functions, including recruitment planning and examinations, classification and compensation studies, employee relations, and serving as a primary point of contact for human resources guidance.
At the Senior level, the position oversees a team providing comprehensive HR support and partners with department heads, elected officials, and executive leadership on complex and sensitive HR matters.
Levels and AppointmentsAppointments may be made at the I, II, or Senior level, depending on qualifications. To be considered for more than one level, separate applications are required for each recruitment.
