- A Program Analyst supporting Business & Site Readiness for the Propel rollout operates as a central coordination and analytics hub to ensure the organization is operationally prepared for go‑live.
- This role is responsible for establishing structured tracking mechanisms, maintaining visibility across readiness activities, and synthesizing complex program data into clear, actionable insights for leadership decision‑making.
- The analyst works across multiple teams—including business leads, SCRUM teams, and readiness stakeholders—to monitor deliverables, track dependencies, and identify risks or gaps that may impact readiness.
- By translating execution‑level detail into executive‑ready reporting, the Program Analyst enables informed, business‑led decisions tied to readiness milestones and go/no‑go criteria.
