• Facilities Technician I: $27.35 – $31.73
• Facilities Technician II: $30.50 – $35.55

• Employer‑paid Health Insurance (medical, dental, and vision): 100% for employees and 80% for dependents.
• 17 days PTO per year, 11 paid holidays, 8+ sick days (1 hour for every 30 hours worked).

• Provide exceptional technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues while serving as a trusted resource for employees across the organization.
• Manage and support critical technology systems including user accounts, Active Directory, VoIP phones, clinical applications, and other healthcare technologies to ensure secure and reliable operations.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including computers, mobile devices, printers, audiovisual equipment, and other technology to keep clinics running efficiently.
• Partner with teams across multiple clinic locations to deliver training, support information security initiatives, coordinate with vendors, and help drive innovative technology solutions that enhance patient care and staff productivity.

• AA degree or 2 years of experience preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016–2022, Windows 7, 10, and 11, Microsoft Office Solutions, Active Directory, Apple iOS.
• Experience with maintaining VoIP phone system preferred.
• Knowledge of computer maintenance, software support, network design, cabling, database management, technical writing documentation, HIPAA security requirements, hardware selection, and installation.
