Position: IT Support Specialist (Part Time)
Description

Seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support at its Auburn, California location. This role is ideal for an IT professional who enjoys working directly with end users and providing hands-on support in a mission-driven, faith-based environment. The Auburn site is home to the organization's residents and staff, and the selected candidate will serve as the primary onsite technical resource 1 day each week.

When local support needs are completed, the specialist may assist remotely with support tickets for the corporate office in the Bay Area. Additional responsibilities may include basic IT project work and technology asset organization.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide deskside and remote technical support to end users

+ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues

+ Assist users with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and other business applications

+ Support mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Samsung phones

+ Manage and resolve support requests through the ticketing system

+ Assist with small IT projects and technology inventory organization

+ Maintain a professional, patient, and service-oriented approach when working with users of varying technical skill levels

Requirements

Required Qualifications

+ Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience in both deskside and remote support environments

+ Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

+ Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments

+ Ability to work independently in an onsite support role

+ Patience and comfort assisting non-technical users

+ Willingness to work in a faith-based organization environment
