Lead the team responsible for protecting our people, strengthening our culture, and advancing our mission.

• Hourly Pay: $30.50-$32.50

• Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employees and 80% for dependents.
• 17 days PTO per year, 11 Paid Holidays, 8+ Sick Days (1 hour for every 30 hours worked)
• Retirement Plan with 6% match

• Oversees daily workflows, schedules, and assignments for Chapa-De security staff and vendors
• Monitors staff performance, sets development goals, and provides feedback to direct team members
• Responds swiftly to incidents, including deescalating conflicts and ensuring safety procedures are being followed

• Five years of related security experience
• Two years of supervisory experience
• Current Guard Card issued by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services
