Job Description

As a Treatment Nurse at Westview Healthcare, you will play a critical role in managing and delivering specialized treatment and wound care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and evaluating residents' skin and wound conditions.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Administering wound care treatments and monitoring their effectiveness.
• Educating residents and their families on wound care and prevention.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of treatments and progress.

• Current nursing license (RN or LVN).
• Proven experience in wound care and treatment nursing.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of wound care protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in wound care is a plus.
