Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – On-Call/Full-Time NOC Shift Rock Creek Care Center - 260 Racetrack St, Auburn, CA 95603

Hourly Pay: $38–$42/hr (DOE)

Shift: NOC Shift | On-Call/Full-Time Rock Creek Care Center is seeking a passionate, motivated LVN to join our PM shift team. Position Summary As an LVN at Rock Creek Care Center, you will provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising nursing assistants during your assigned shift. You will ensure care is delivered in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, dignity, and quality of care.

Key Responsibilities (Summary)
Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and treatments

Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff on your shift

Ensure accurate and timely charting and documentation

Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges

Promote a safe, clean, and compliant care environment

Support staff development, teamwork, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Current, active LVN license in the state of California (unencumbered)
Current CPR certification

Graduate of an approved LVN/LPN program

Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills

Experience in long-term care preferred

PCC experience preferred

Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
